Joinery Fit Out Draughtman
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layouts for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to gather and interpret design requirements.
Produce accurate 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations and standards.
Conduct site visits to take measurements and verify as-built conditions.
Maintain and update drawing records and filing systems.
Revise drawings based on feedback from design and site teams.
Assist in creating material take-offs and BOQs based on approved drawings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the interior fit-out industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software is a plus.
Strong understanding of fit-out and joinery details.
Familiar with interior materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
