Job Description

HIRING - Joinery Supervisor & CNC Machine Operator in Carpentry



We are looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor & Carpenter's to join Our Joinery Factory

? Location: Dubai

? Experience: Minimum 5 years in UAE joinery or carpentry production

? Salary - 4000 AED

Responsibilities:



Supervise daily workshop activities and carpentry staff

Read and interpret drawings and project specifications

Monitor material usage and maintain inventory

Oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery

Conduct quality control and inspections

Manage staff performance, including recruitment and termination when necessary

Coordinate with management and site teams as needed

Requirements:



Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, tools, and finishing

Good leadership and communication skills

Ability to read AutoCAD/shop drawings

Ability to manage teams effectively

Immediate availability preferred
