Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery manufacturing and proven leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of craftsmen. The Joinery Factory Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all activities within the joinery factory, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to joinery craftsmen to optimize their performance and skill development. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all factory personnel. Collaborate with other departments, such as design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies to support production requirements and minimize waste. Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among factory staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certification in joinery or a related field is preferred. Proven experience working in joinery manufacturing, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of joinery techniques, woodworking machinery, and materials. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor team members. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
