o Preparing of detailed drawings with detailed specification, production & installation methods. o Site visiting and verifying the measurements, revising the drawings. o Collecting, material samples from suppliers. o Coordinating with production for making samples in our factory. o Explaining drawing to supervisor. o Visiting the site at installation time, for technical advice if needed. o Checking received BOQ, Specifications and Detail Drawings. o Categorizing the items according to the details. o If any details are required, send the RFI to the client and follow up. o Identify labour, material and time requirements. o Technical evaluation with production team and suppliers. o Approaching the suppliers for the outsource items and following up the quotations. o Taking off quantity- Preparation of the cost sheets according to the received detail, specifications and BOQ. o Evaluation of sub-contractors quotation. o Preparation of the BOQ. o Meeting with supplier /subcontractor during the work awarding stage. o Cross checking LPO before issuing. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Estimation: 3 years (Preferred)
- Drafting Joinery Drawings: 3 years (Preferred)
