Fit Out and Joinery: 10 years (Preferred)Full AVAILABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY!!!!FIT OUT and JOINERY ESTIMATOR with knowledge in AUTO CADResponsible for preparing BOQ and estimate material requirements and choosing the most appropriate materials.Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scopeResponsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scopeIdentify design and construct ability issues and analysis to determine construct abilityDefine more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of projectAct as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and clientResponsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract typesDetermine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications, etc.)Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimatePerform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gapsOffer suggestions to the Chief Estimator or appropriate authority for contemplated expenditures.Your job involves interiors of building, residential, offices, bank, shops, hotels and restaurants.Responsible for managing primary inventory work, made drafting of space plans, site measurement, elevations etc.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From AED7,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Fit Out and Joinery: 10 years (Preferred)
