A leading interior fit-out firm in Sharjah is looking for an experienced
Joinery Draughtsman
with proven expertise in the GCC region. If you're detail-oriented, proficient in
AutoCAD
, and passionate about creating high-quality joinery drawings, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings from architectural and interior design plans
Create material specifications, cutting lists, and fabrication drawings
Ensure drawings meet GCC industry standards
Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, and workshop teams
Revise drawings based on site measurements and design changes
Support manufacturing and installation teams as needed
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of joinery methods, materials, and finishes
Proficiency in AutoCAD (other design tools a plus)
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with CNC programming and production coordination
Knowledge of fire-rated/acoustic joinery
Familiarity with UAE/Qatar/Saudi construction codes and practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
