Our Client, a European Interior Build & Contracting Group based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled & talented Junior Joinery Draftsman experienced in Luxury Villa Projects to be a part of their innovative team.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering or related fields.
Min 2yrs of UAE experience in AutoCAD Drafting for Joinery & Architectural
Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in producing drawings.
Experience in high end Luxury Villas & Villa Renovation projects is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed joinery & architectural drawings and plans for Villa & Villa renovation projects using AutoCAD.
Collaborate closely with senior architects and designers to create stunning villa interiors.
Assist in the creation of project documentation, specifications, and construction details.
Maintain adherence to project timelines and design standards.
Maintain building codes and standards while drafting plans
