We require an experienced
Interior Draftsman
for our company which specializes on Luxury Villa Interior / Fitouts.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role deals with the ultra-luxury interior market, and therefore, you should be extremely well presented, articulate and professional. Being driven and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment is essential as is a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Liaise with Contractors, Suppliers and Clients.
- Visit Sites.
- Prepare BOQ of Projects
- Source New Materials
- Make Working Drawings
- Draft Layouts.
- Prepare Presentations in sync with Superior
- Prepare & Update Site Files
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting
- Keep Records of Meetings
Skills:
- Fluency in English Communication with Clients.
- Excellent Client Liaison and People Management Skills.
- Industry Background: Luxury Interior
Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelors in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design
- Additional Qualification: Auto Cad.
Experience: 7+ Years
2+ years experience with Luxury Interiors / Fitouts.
Location: Dubai, UAE

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
GCC Country: 2 years (Required) Draftsman: 7 years (Required) Luxury Villa Interiors / Luxury Interiors: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* Aadhar Card (Required)
