We are looking for a highly experienced

Joinery Draftsman

to join our team specializing in residential and building projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of joinery detailing and production techniques, with substantial experience working in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed and accurate joinery shop drawings based on project specifications and design intent. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure all drawings meet client requirements and comply with relevant codes and standards. Develop cutting lists and material take-offs for production, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with the production team to ensure that all designs are feasible and can be executed within the given timeline and budget. Review project specifications and modify drawings based on site conditions or client requests. Ensure all designs are aligned with quality standards and health and safety regulations. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of drawings. Attend project meetings, site visits, and provide technical support during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

5 years of UAE experience

in joinery draftin Extensive knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and installation techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant software. Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with UAE building regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. PORTFOLIO should be attached.
