About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Joinery Division Manager

to lead our joinery operations, oversee production, and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge of joinery and woodworking, and proven experience in managing teams and projects within the joinery or fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the joinery division, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow management. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage and mentor joinery staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to deliver seamless project execution. Monitor costs, prepare reports, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health & safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Wood Technology, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in joinery or woodworking industry, with at least

3 years in a managerial role

. Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, materials, and modern machinery. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in cost control and budgeting. Ability to read technical drawings and ensure accurate execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
