Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations for carpentry and decoration works.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site engineers to ensure design accuracy.
Manage a team of carpenters, painters, and decorators efficiently.
Check and ensure all joinery works (doors, cabinets, partitions, ceilings, wall cladding, etc.) meet quality standards.
Prepare materials list and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
Ensure all measurements, fittings, and installations are executed according to drawings.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the site.
Monitor productivity and report project progress to management.
Handle finishing details like varnishing, polishing, and paint touch-ups.
Resolve any site issues or technical challenges quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' experience
as a
Joinery or Decoration Foreman
in UAE.
Strong knowledge of
interior fit-out, carpentry, and finishing materials
.
Ability to
read drawings and shop details
.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license .
