across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.Position Summary
We are seeking an
Experienced Joinery Carpenter (Team Lead)
with strong hands-on expertise incustom joinery, furniture manufacturing, and site installations
. The ideal candidate will lead a team of carpenters, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver projects in line withdrawings, timelines, and safety standards
.Key Responsibilities
Interpret and execute work based on
CAD and shop drawings
for customized joinery.Fabricate, assemble, and install
furniture, cabinetry, doors, wardrobes, and decorative wood panels.Lead and supervise
a team of joinery carpenters on factory and site activities. Coordinate withsite engineers, supervisors, and project managers
to meet project requirements. Carry outinstallations
at villas, apartments, hotels, offices, and retail outlets. Ensure all works comply withGCC quality standards
,UAE safety regulations
, andcompany QHSE procedures
. Conductrepairs, modifications, and finishing touch-ups
as required. Monitor material usage and maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaininghigh-quality finishes
.Requirements & Qualifications
3-5 years of joinery experience
in the UAE or GCC region. Strong experience withMDF, hardwood, plywood, veneer, and laminate
. Proven ability tolead and manage a team
. Ability to read and understandtechnical/shop drawings
. Good knowledge ofinterior fit-out and joinery works
. Awareness ofworkplace safety practices
. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.What We Offer
