Generating Manpower Outsourcing Business Revenue,
Overseeing fulfillment of customer requirements,
Managing Client Relationships in coordination with the Outsourcing Operations Team.
This position ensures smooth execution of staffing requirements, contract management, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes through close collaboration with internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have hands-on experience with ATS/HCM systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand outsourcing services with existing clients.
Support the team in preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations for new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients in coordination with management.
Track, monitor, and report on business development initiatives and pipeline opportunities.
2. Recruitment Support & Mobilization
Lead and manage the entire recruitment-to-mobilization process for outsourced IT professionals, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements.
Review and validate job requisitions, offers, and contracts in line with client requirements.
Oversee visa processing, documentation, and onboarding logistics in collaboration with HR and PRO teams.
3. Client Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for client-side operations and service requests.
Ensure accurate understanding and execution of client requirements and SLAs.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Keep employee records, contracts, and deployment documents accurate and updated.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and client-specific guidelines.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
5. Operational Reporting
Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment status, onboarding progress, and operational KPIs.
Track and escalate delays, risks, or non-compliance issues to senior management.
Maintain dashboards and trackers for visibility across all active contracts and resources.
6. Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle service requests, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes through HCM/ATS platforms.
Ensure timely updates and accuracy of employee data in internal systems.
Coordinate with payroll, HR, and IT support teams for smooth employee transitions.
7. Team Oversight
Lead a small team (3-4 members) to ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
Provide guidance, task allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure service excellence.
Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment.
Requirements
Qualification and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Certification in HR, operations, or project management is an advantage.
Minimum Experience/Skills Required:
7-10 years of experience in IT outsourcing, staffing operations, or workforce management.
Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa processes, and compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HCM (Human Capital Management) platforms.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
