We are currently seeking a
skilled and experienced Joinery Carpenter
with
5-6 years of hands-on experience in the GCC region
. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of custom joinery works and be capable of working independently or as part of a team on high-quality interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
Execute precise cutting, shaping, and assembling of wood and wood substitute materials
Perform custom joinery and carpentry work including furniture, doors, panels, cabinets, partitions, etc.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure timely project delivery
Ensure quality control and finish standards as per company guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years of proven joinery carpentry experience in the GCC (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of wood types, materials, and joinery techniques
Ability to work from detailed drawings and sketches
Skilled in using various hand and power tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good physical condition
Basic communication skills
