Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate daily

heavy truck operations

at the client's site. Ensure timely

vehicle dispatching, loading, unloading, and trip scheduling

in coordination with the transport office. Monitor and manage

drivers' attendance, performance, and work discipline

on-site. Handle

gate pass applications, renewals, and follow-ups

with the client's site management. Maintain proper

records of truck movements, trip logs, fuel usage, and job completion reports.

Liaise between the

client, company management, and operations team

to ensure smooth workflow. Report any

vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or delays

promptly to the concerned department. Ensure

compliance with safety regulations

and site-specific requirements at all times. Manage

basic administrative tasks

such as attendance sheets, daily reports, and document submissions. Support the

fleet team

in optimizing truck utilization and minimizing idle time. And all other related tasks to accomplish.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Site Supervisor/Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:

English, Hindi, Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Preferred)
