We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Associate to join our real estate sales team. The role involves telecalling prospective customers from provided leads, understanding their requirements, and qualifying them for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to generate interest in real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads
Explain real estate projects, pricing, location advantages, and offers clearly
Generate interest and schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team
Follow up with interested and potential clients on a regular basis
Desired Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication skills
Persuasive and confident phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage (training will be provided)
Ability to handle customer objections and queries professionally
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
