BM Group - Ajman is seeking a skilled
IT Officer
to manage and support the company's IT systems, networks, and technical operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day technical issues, maintain hardware and software, and ensure smooth IT operations across all departments.Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment. Manage network systems, Wi-Fi, routers, and security settings. Troubleshoot system errors and ensure minimal downtime. Perform regular data backups and ensure cybersecurity measures. Coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting. Experience with CCTV, PBX systems, and basic server management is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
