Key Responsibilities:
Assist the chef in preparing
Birria Tacos
and
Burgers
.
Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices.
Help with assembling dishes and serving customers during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Assist with stock management and daily operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a chef assistant, preferably with
Birria Tacos
and
Burgers
.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate availability for the 18-day event and two days before for training.
Valid food handler certificate is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive daily rate (to be discussed during the interview).
Meals provided during shifts.
