Location: Al Jurf, Ajman, UAE (Near China Mall) Company Overview: Fast Truck Grease & Lubricants Manufacturing L.L.C. is a leading lubricants manufacturing company based in Ajman, UAE. We specialize in the production and distribution of high-quality lubricants for various industries, including automotive, industrial, and marine sectors. : We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment failures. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving equipment-related issues. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and pneumatic machines.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed.
• Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
• Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment modifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex equipment issues.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Keep updated with new equipment technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Equipment Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical problems.
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Breaks:

• 10:00 AM - 10:15 AM (15-minute breakfast break)
• 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
