Dubai Municipality Building Maintenance Certificate
. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in building maintenance, site supervision, and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all building maintenance activities.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with DM regulations.
Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure safety standards and quality control on all maintenance works.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Dubai Municipality Certified - Building Maintenance (Mandatory).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Available for immediate joining (preferred).
