to join our team inDubai
. The selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with Arabic-speaking clients across the GCC, focusing on software requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client-facing requirement gathering sessions in both
Arabic and English
. DraftBusiness Requirement Documents (BRDs)
,Functional Specs
, andUser Stories
. Translate client business needs intoclear technical requirements
. Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and QA teams. Support demos,UAT coordination
, and post-implementation feedback cycles. Ensure deliverables meet bothclient expectations
andUAE regulatory standards
.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business / IT / Computer Science. 3-5 years of experience as a
Business Analyst in software projects
.It is mandatory to be fluent in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in tools likeJIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart
. Strong understanding ofAgile/Scrum
. Experience inGCC client communication
and stakeholder management.#
