We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Associate to support our merchandising, inventory management, and vendor coordination processes. This role is critical in ensuring smooth back-end operations, accurate stock levels, and efficient communication with vendors to keep our retail operations running effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all retail platforms

Assist in merchandising activities, including product setup, catalog management, and SKU maintenance

Coordinate with vendors to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely deliveries

Perform regular stock audits and reconcile variances with purchase and sales records

Support in data entry, reporting, and analysis related to stock levels, vendor performance, and product movement

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Provide administrative support for procurement and merchandising teams

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in retail or product handling with a focus on inventory management

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo or similar

Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Strong communication skills for effective vendor coordination

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

This position acts as a bridge between vendors, associates, and management, supporting strategic retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment across channels

Manage vendor relationships, including order placement, tracking, negotiation follow-ups, and resolution of supply chain issues

Coordinate merchandising schedules and ensure product availability aligns with sales and promotional activities

Generate reports on product performance, vendor compliance, and stock trends to support decision-making

Supervise and guide product associates to ensure smooth execution of back-end tasks

Ensure system data integrity in ERP and reporting tools, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, merchandising, finance) to optimize product flow

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of retail or product handling experience, with proven expertise in inventory management and vendor coordination

Strong technical proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems such as Odoo

Experience supervising or coordinating small teams is an advantage

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product and vendor performance data

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
