We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to plan and implement marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will manage both online and offline campaigns, create engaging content, and work closely with the sales and design teams to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions).
Create engaging content and marketing materials to support brand awareness and sales.
Manage social media accounts and track performance metrics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media outlets when needed.
Support the organization of promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.
Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Creativity, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
Experience in retail marketing is a plus.
