Job Description
Ensuring successful distribution of job cards to the workshop
Ensure appropriate Job Flat Rate Time availability for all given job
Monitoring the W/S load and available Hrs
Ensure Job scheduling and allocation based on customer need & delivery schedule with skill matrix
Monitor and ensure on time completion of job
Perform additional estimation for additional jobs
Inform Service Advisors in case of delays or additional repairs and advise on revised delivery time
Update the job status of the repair in the system
Plan and execute O/T schedule with Foreman's feedback and getting approval from the Manager
Perform smooth coordination with all stakeholders
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower/facilities
Ensure Technician efficiency monitoring and support to improve
Allocation of Service Contract vehicles as per guidelines
Ensure all task has been completed with QC pass before ready to close the Repair order
Educational Qualification
Graduate/3 years Diploma in Automobile /Mechanical Eng
Work Experience
3 years in similar post or 5 years' workshop floor experience

Computer Skills
Languages
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
