: Jewelry Sales Lady - Dubai Showroom

Key responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of service and product knowledge Sales and Upselling: Help customers choose jewelry items based on their preferences, budget, and occasion; Maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of different types of jewelry, including gold, diamonds, gemstones, and luxury watches Handling Transactions: Process payments through cash, credit card, or financing options. Issue invoices and maintain sales records Store Maintenance: Ensure the display cases are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Security Awareness: Follow store security protocols, including handling high-value items carefully and monitoring for theft Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the management Visual merchandising: Strong creativity and store settings Experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a related field Language Skills: Communicate effectively in English and Hindi; Arabic and any other languages are a plus

Experience and Qualification

Minimum of 5 years' experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail is preferred. High school diploma or higher education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Well-groomed, professional, and presentable Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary and Benefits:

Salary

AED 3,000/-

per month, depending on experience and company Additional earnings of commission based on sales performance
