Atelier Spitaleri offers a uniquely immersive jewellery buying experience, inviting clients into our part-showroom, and part-workshop headquarters, where they?ll come face-to-face with our gemmology experts, designers, and goldsmiths. We?re breaking down the barriers that make jewellery buying complex and intimidating. We?re making bespoke - simple. Since launching in 2014, helped tens of thousands of couples partner up with our bespoke engagement and wedding rings but also many bespoke high-end jewellery bespoke projects for many families in the Mdl East. Our mission is to democratise diamond jewellery by offering a modern and transparent approach to the jewellery-buying process. We are currently looking for a bright, self-motivated, hard-working individual for the position of Jewellery Workshop Manager collectables with about 3-5 years of jewellery experience. This candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the job responsibilities listed below. They must also be fluent in English (spoken and written), have good organisational skills, have the ability to adhere to tight deadlines,
  • Responsible for the efficient operations of the Jewellery workshops. At all times, the highest standard is to be maintained for customer repairs as well with quality controls.
  • Plus point if you have a well-experienced bench.
  • You will be required to oversee all commissions and repairs throughout the business, making sure they are finished to the highest standard and ready on time.
  • Provide leadership and Management of both the Goldsmith, Setter, Polisher and Cad Department.
  • Set targets and key performance areas for the productivity of the workshop team and measurable outcomes on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Maintain the efficient operation of the workshop which includes receiving and distributing all jewellery repairs and alterations.
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connect groups. (e.g. Effective alert procedure).
  • Created and promoted a genuine and caring customer service attitude for employees while adhering to workshop policies.
  • Performed closing/opening procedures with the highest security.
  • Ensuring product quality, assigning tasks to workers, coordinating resources, ordering supplies,
