Job Description
We are hiring Jewelry Filer for a leading Jewelry Manufacturing Company in Dubai. Role & Responsibilities : - The tasks a Filer and Assembler is expected to perform include:
- Removing sprues from the cast Jewelry piece and rectifying casting defects.
- Finding casting defects such as porosity, blisters, bubbles, cracks, etc. Knowledge of various Jewelry grinding, filing and assembling processes.
- Knowledge of required quality standards Understanding of potential work hazards, particularly, when using soldering torch, tumbler hand and machine tools
- Ability to use different types of tools for different end results
- Ability to achieve finish as per design requirement with minimum precious metal, diamond and stone loss
- Ability to match design to piece
- Ability to assemble different parts of Jewelry piece with required flexibility and durability
