Filling Machine Technician
Job Description
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and control filling machines according to standard operating procedures. Ensure proper machine settings, such as speed, volume, and accuracy, to achieve optimal production output and product quality.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks on filling machines to prevent downtime and maintain optimal performance. This includes cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machine components, as well as replacing or repairing worn-out parts when necessary.
Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose machine malfunctions, mechanical issues, or deviations from the normal operating conditions. Troubleshoot problems related to filling accuracy, clogging, leaks, or any other issues that may affect machine performance or product quality.
