Job Role:
Coordinate and oversee JCI accreditation preparation, surveys, and re-accreditation processes.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures in line with JCI standards.
Collaborate with department heads and staff to ensure continuous readiness for accreditation.
Organize training and awareness sessions for hospital staff regarding JCI standards and patient safety practices.
Qualification:
Strong knowledge of JCI standards and accreditation process.
5+ yrs experience in healthcare quality management or JCI coordination.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, or related field.
