Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
JCB Operator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least
3 years of hands-on experience
operating JCB machines (e.g. backhoe loaders, excavators) and must be proficient in handling equipment safely and efficiently on construction or excavation sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate JCB machines such as backhoe loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
Perform excavation, loading, leveling, and other related operations as per project requirements.
Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of the JCB equipment.
Ensure safe machine operation and compliance with all safety standards.
Report any malfunctions or repair needs to the maintenance team.
Follow instructions from the site supervisor or foreman.
Assist with basic site work when not operating machinery.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of experience
operating JCB or similar heavy equipment.
Valid
JCB Operator License/Certification
.
Good understanding of construction site protocols and safety guidelines.
Ability to read and interpret basic site layouts and work instructions.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
