This role undertakes customer research, articulates customer problems, identifies current and future market opportunities, defines the roadmap, participates in the budgetary process, prepares Market and Product Requirements documents and reviews and reports on performance indicators. This role works closely with the Product Owner, Sales, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non‐functional requirements and assists Product Managers in developing and launching new products with close liaison with support areas such as Business, Legal & Compliance, Markets, Service Delivery, Operations, Credit, IT and etc.
Drafts product process and procedures for assigned products to ensure that a product launch is smooth and successful
Assists to develop business and marketing plans for assigned products, including pricing strategies, sales plans and implementation strategies
Works closely with the Product Owner, Sales, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non‐functional requirements
Undertakes customer research, articulates customer problems and collaborates with the Product Management in defining the Product Vision
Assists Product Managers in developing and launching new products with close liaison with support areas such as Business, Legal & Compliance, Markets, Service Delivery, Operations, Credit, IT and etc.
Identifies current and future market opportunities conducts Risk Management studies for e-business projects in order to reduce the negative impact on the objectives
Prepares Market and Product Requirements documents, provides a development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state‐of‐the‐art technologies
Assists to re-engineer existing products and processes to improve product efficiency in various areas as needed
Works jointly with the respective working group members and other product related teams for Product approvals, ISG developments, launch activities and sales support training
Reviews and reports on performance indicators, attends daily products scrum meetings to update business development

Bachelor degree in Business Administration
2-3 years of experience in sales to understand the product and its markets, project management or management in general
