Description
Position Summary
Responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives regionally.
Initiates the development of marketing materials, plans promotional campaigns and provides support to the field sales force by monitoring trends and market intelligence.
Maintains contacts with Supply Chain and Global marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing messages based on regional strategies
Continuously enhance knowledge of current literature and regulatory/legal requirements
Collaborate execution & development of strategic plan of product portfolio
Supports introduction of new products in the market
Work with product managers in the development and execution of the production of marketing and product training materials
Support sales force training (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition)
Support logistics and organization of relevant internal and external meetings
Perform competition analysis (market dynamics, product positioning, product/business needs)
Other incidental duties
Education and Experience:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be an asset, not mandatory
A 1st experience in Marketing or as Product Manager is important , ideally gained within the Lifesciences or Consumer Health field
1st experience in product launch support, event coordination, customer training, congress management.
Knowledge of the Middle East Geography and industry trend would be an asset
English fluent , any additional language an asset
Additional Skills:
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
Solid knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics
Solid knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
Proactively gain procedural and product knowledge through all available sources
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
To be noticed:
This role requires to travel approximately 30/40% of the time
