Job Description
Your Role
Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web apps and backend systems. Optimize code and system architecture for speed and reliability. Write solid unit and integration tests. Work with Product to turn business needs into backend solutions. Help troubleshoot, analyze incidents, and improve system reliability. Drive new platform, service, and feature development. Support other tasks as needed.
What You Bring
5+ years in backend development with Java; experience in high-load systems (E-commerce, Crypto, Finance, or Banking preferred). Solid with Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Linux. Proficient in JSON, Protocol Buffers, Binary, ByteArray. Skilled in RESTful APIs & microservices. Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities. Deep understanding of architecture & design patterns. Resilient under pressure and fast-paced environments. Collaborative, responsible, and proactive team player.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
