Role Overview:
Call pre-registered leads (no cold calling)
Help clients open Forex trading accounts
Guide clients through onboarding and encourage initial deposits
Explain basic trading steps (training provided)
Follow up and maintain client records
Requirements:
Experience in telesales / BPO / Forex preferred
Strong communication and sales skills
Fluent in Japanese and English
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
