Job Summary

: Looking for a male candidate with minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding field, with good knowledge of customs regulations, Import/Export Documentation & Inventory Management. JAFZA experience & knowledge in any ERP software will be an added advantage

Job description

Prepare the customs documentation for all import/export shipments. Strong knowledge and experience in import / export customs clearance in UAE, (Jafza, Dubai) Good experience and knowledge on BOE processing, LCL, FCL documentation for transfer of ownership, HSE etc Prepare and submit all the required documents for customs submission on time. Help the warehouse staff with loading/unloading of goods in & out of the warehouse. Receive the shipments, check and enter the stock in ERP on accurate basis. Coordinate with forwarders and update the status of all the shipments on regular basis. Liaise with customs officers, DNATA teams, airline staff, and transport providers to ensure seamless cargo flow. Ensure efficient cargo clearance by preparing and reviewing all required customs documentation, following up with authorities, and resolving any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all Incoterms and coordinate with shippers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers. Ensure full compliance with UAE customs regulations and company protocols. Maintain accurate stock of items in the warehouse at all times. Perform all the tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Requirements

Proficient in warehouse management systems Knowledge of inventory management software Familiarity with logistics documentation Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Basic math skills for inventory counts and calculations Experience with order picking, packing, and pallet jacks Understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Ability to load/unload shipments efficiently Experience with order pickers and stock management systems
