Job Brief:

We are looking for a motivated

ITSM Specialist

to join our dynamic IT team. If you have a passion for improving IT service delivery, enjoy solving problems, and love making processes run smoothly this role is for you! Youll work on implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) operations, documenting procedures, and ensuring consistent, high-quality IT support for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Support the setup, implementation, and improvement of ITSM processes. Maintain and update IT service documentation and standard operating procedures. Monitor service performance and help identify areas for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth IT operations. Ensure all IT services align with business needs and follow company standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in IT Service Management (ITSM). Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and process implementation. Strong documentation and analytical skills. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
