About the Role:

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified

Italian Language Teacher

to join our growing team of language instructors. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Italian language, a background in teaching, and the ability to tailor lessons to a variety of learning levels--from beginners to advanced speakers.

This role includes both academic and conversational instruction and may involve working with school students, university learners, professionals, and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Italian language

(reading, writing, speaking, and listening) to students of varying levels Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and materials based on learner needs Use interactive teaching methods to build fluency and confidence Prepare students for

language proficiency exams

or school/university requirements (if applicable) Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment Use digital tools effectively for online classes (Zoom, Google Meet, whiteboard apps, etc.)

Requirements:

Native or near-native fluency in

Italian

Bachelor's degree in

Languages, Education, or Linguistics

(preferred) Prior teaching experience in Italian (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to teach both online and offline Experience with language certifications (PLIDA, CILS, CELI) is a plus Knowledge of second language acquisition methods and learner psychology is an advantage
