Pre-opening Restaurant in Bahrain Looking for Italian Supervisor M/F
Preferable Italian candidates
restaurant team leader, to: being a role model with behaviour that motivates and inspires employees; being passionate about providing service to guests and ensuring each experience is of the highest quality; demonstrating a strong awareness and concern for food quality/safety and restaurant cleanliness; enjoying working in a fast-paced, high energy, and team-oriented environment; having to willingly accept and comply with the company grooming and appearance standards; and performing basic administrative duties.
The ideal restaurant team leader will be: a self-motivated individual; an excellent communicator; experienced in large restaurant in buffet and a la carte style service; able to lead a team of colleagues; well organised; willing and able to work a rotating roster and be available to work both morning & nights. Salary 2500 USD to 2900 +Accommodation +ticket +medical insurance +meals on duty etc
