Job Description
:
- Contribute to menu creation in Italian cuisine.
- Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated team.
- Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times.
- Check freshness of food and ingredients.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
- Associate degree in culinary arts required (bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s preferred)
- 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Chef in a full-service restaurant.
- 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a supervisory role excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
- Currently available in Dubai and can join immediately.
