The 80 seater restaurant has a clear focus on authentic food from the Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia Romagna. Plus, we are searching for a Michelin Star experienced Italian Chef with Sponsorship in Australia. Master of Italian cuisines from modern contemporary to traditional food Managing 80-seater restaurant & 8 Chefs 8 + year skilled in leading restaurants & 5-star hotel kitchens Authentic food from Tuscany, Umbria & Emilia Romagna Passion for presentation & quality, leadership & innovations Forward thinking & ambitious professional with strong knowledge in HACCP Technical astute, eye for details & close relationships to FOH team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Salary: From AED14,000.00 per month Experience:
