Location: Casablanca, Morocco (On-site)

Salary: 6,000-6,500 MAD per month

Part-time option available: 200 MAD per day

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Closed on Italian public holidays

We are looking for Italian-speaking Back Office Agents to handle customer communication via email. The ideal candidate will manage written customer requests professionally, providing clear, accurate and timely responses.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage email communication with Italian-speaking customers.

Provide correct information and resolve inquiries efficiently.

Record and update customer request data accurately.

Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements:

Strong written proficiency in Italian.

Attention to detail, reliability and good organizational skills.

Experience in back office or customer support is an advantage.

Availability to work on-site in Casablanca, Monday to Friday.
