Key ResponsibilitiesOdoo System Administration & Support
Manage, configure, and maintain various
Odoo modules
(e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Purchase, Manufacturing).
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of Odoo applications.
Provide day-to-day
technical support
to users, troubleshoot errors, and resolve functional and technical issues.
Customization & Development
Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
Develop or oversee development of
custom modules
, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with developers to integrate Odoo with external applications via
API / Web Services
.
Implementation & Upgrades
Lead or assist in
Odoo implementation
, configuration, data migration, and testing.
Perform system upgrades and apply patches while ensuring minimal downtime.
Conduct
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
and provide training and documentation.
IT Infrastructure & General Support
Support basic IT tasks: networks, hardware/software installation, user accounts, and security.
Ensure data integrity, backups, and system security protocols.
Coordinate with vendors or third-party Odoo partners when needed.
