Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum
of 3 to 5 years of experience
in HVAC system design, execution, and maintenance.
Driving License:
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Technical Skills:
HVAC system design (cooling, heating, ventilation)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, HAP
Load calculation & energy modeling
HVAC codes & regulations
System testing, commissioning, & troubleshooting
Energy-efficient HVAC technologies (e.g., VRF, geothermal)
Mechanical systems integration (plumbing, electrical, fire protection)
