Key Responsibilities

As a multi-skilled technician, you will be responsible for:

CCTV Systems: Installing, configuring, and maintaining SIRA-approved CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with security standards.

Networking: Setting up and troubleshooting wired and wireless networking solutions, including routers, switches, and access points.

Fire Alarm Systems: Installing and servicing fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, and related components.

Access Control & Anti-Theft Systems: Implementing and maintaining access control systems, including biometric and RFID solutions, and integrating anti-theft measures.

Intercom/PABX Systems: Installing and configuring intercom and PABX systems for seamless communication.

Point of Sale (POS) Systems: Setting up and supporting POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and cash drawers.

Home Automation: Integrating smart home solutions, including lighting, climate control, and security systems.

Radio Communication Systems: Installing and maintaining radio walkie-talkie systems from brands like Motorola, Kenwood, and ICOM.

General Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting across various systems and equipment.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in installing and maintaining CCTV, networking, fire alarm, and access control systems.

Certifications: SIRA certification for CCTV installation is highly preferred.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with products from brands such as Florida Tech, Hitachi, G&D, Sigma, Bosch, and others.

Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Fitness: Ability to work at heights and in various environments.
