Job Description
A reputed company based in Dammam is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Technician & Administrator to join our team. Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices Monitor and manage network systems including LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls Provide support for email, data backup, antivirus, and security systems Administer servers, manage user accounts, and system permissions Support ERP, cloud systems, and third-party software tools Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and technical issues Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Windows OS, networking, and system administration Knowledge of hardware, structured cabling, and security systems (CCTV/access control) is an advantage Good communication skills and ability to manage IT independently Transferable Iqama preferred & Indians Preferred Must be available in Saudi Arabia for immediate joining & be able to reallocate to dammam.
