Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Support SAP end-users, troubleshoot SAP-related problems, and coordinate with external SAP support teams when needed.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and roles within SAP.
Assist in data backups, updates, and system monitoring.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
Ensure IT systems comply with company security and operational standards.
Document IT procedures and provide user training as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an IT Technician.
Hands-on experience with SAP (user management, troubleshooting, or module exposure).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IT hardware.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SAP ERP modules (MM, SD, HR, or FICO)
Basic understanding of SQL or database management
Experience in IT support within a corporate environment
Requirement:
Qatar Driving License
