We are seeking a skilled and reliable

IT Technician

to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all IT systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations across the clinic. A

valid UAE driving license

is required for occasional on-site technical support and coordination with external vendors & clinic purpose,

Candidates on their own visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults. Manage printers, scanners, telecommunication systems, and medical software applications. Ensure data security, system backups, and antivirus protection are up to date. Provide on-site and remote IT support to staff for all technical issues. Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and repairs. Maintain inventory of IT assets, equipment, and accessories. Ensure all systems comply with health information security and confidentiality standards. Assist in setting up new workstations, email accounts, and access permissions. Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades. Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal network and device performance. Travel between clinic sites or external locations when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum

2-3 years of IT support experience

, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with medical software systems (HIS, EMR, etc.) is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Own visa preferred.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
