Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to provide exceptional on-site technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring IT equipment, and assisting clients with their technology needs in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site IT Support

: Deliver professional, on-site IT support to clients, addressing their technology challenges with a customer-centric approach.

Technical Troubleshooting

: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cash counting machines, passport scanners, ID printers, and associated peripherals, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

Installation and Configuration

: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software to meet client requirements and enhance their technology experience.

Documentation

: Accurately document service requests and resolutions in a ticketing system to streamline support processes.

User Training

: Provide training to end-users on effective technology use, empowering them to utilize their tools efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support or a related role. Strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical foundation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
