Job Details :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years in IT support, preferably in a construction or engineering company.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, basic server management.
- Experience with ERP systems, AutoCAD support, and IT asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
