Job Description
Job Title: IT technical writer Location: UAE, Abu Dhabi Experience: 5 - 10 Years Language: Required excellent in English JOB DESCRIPTION: Scoping IT infrastructure and emerging technologies projects; Disseminate technical information in terms for a more business-oriented audience; Excel at writing IT-related user and business documentation; Develop product manuals with screenshots and tutorials; Write documentation for IT infrastructure and service desk teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines. At least 6 years of proven experience in writing technical documentation. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and emerging technologies. Adept in all IT-related ISO standards like ISO 20000, ISO 27001 etc.
